- Custom workflows beyond the included basic workflow
- Personal or team training sessions
- New feature development
- Custom software development
- Work outside the agreed setup scope
These services may be available separately through Optional Add-ons or a custom quotation. CRM usage limits continue to depend on the customer's active Free or Pro plan.

No. Professional Setup is optional. You can register and use CRM Gem Free without purchasing this service.
Is Professional Setup a subscription?
No. It is a separate one-time service. It does not include a CRM Gem Pro subscription or change your plan limits.
Can I use Professional Setup with the Free plan?
Yes. You can purchase Professional Setup while using Free. Your workspace still follows the current Free plan limits and features.
Can I upgrade to Pro without Professional Setup?
Yes. You can upgrade directly to Pro without purchasing Professional Setup, or purchase Setup first and upgrade later.
Is data import included?
Data import is optional. We review the source, format, volume, and quality before confirming its scope.
Is personal training included?
No. User guidance for the configured workspace is included, while personal or team live training is optional and arranged separately.
How much does Professional Setup cost?
Professional One-Time Setup costs USD 79. It is a one-time payment and is not a subscription.
How much support is included?
Professional Setup includes 14 days of setup-related support after handover. Ongoing administration and unlimited support are not included.
How long does setup take?
Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after we receive the required business information.
