What is included?
The service includes account, business, branding, currency, payment, numbering, sample record, reminder, and onboarding configuration listed above.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on how quickly we receive your business information and approvals. We confirm the expected delivery schedule during the business discussion.
Can I use the Free plan?
Yes. Professional Setup is a separate one-time service and can be used with the Free plan. Subscription features and limits still depend on your CRM Gem plan.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start free and move to Pro when your business needs the additional plan features.
Can I import existing customers?
The core setup includes up to three client records. Larger imports are available as a separately quoted add-on, starting from USD 49.
Do you provide live training?
Training videos and help articles are included. Personal and team live training are available as add-ons.
