Create a Proposal, select the client and project, and complete the proposal fields and sections shown in the editor.
Proposal sections
Use the available scope, deliverables, timeline, investment, and payment schedule fields to present the work clearly.
Send, resend, and attach files
Use Send Proposal or Resend Proposal. Select supported files so the email includes the generated PDF and each selected attachment.
Public proposal responses
The customer can Approve, Request Changes, or Reject from the public proposal page.
Review change requests
Open the proposal to review response status and the customer comment before editing and resending.
Convert an approved proposal
When an approved proposal offers the invoice conversion action, use it once and follow the linked invoice.
